First LP pressing limited to 400 copies in cut-out cover, of which the first 123 copies came with a signed and numbered insert. A second pressing of 100 copies is in existence, of which about 35 copies came in a clear plastic sleeve.
CD edition contains a bonus track not available on the vinyl version. Edition of a 1000 copies in a diecut sleeve. A sub-edition of 60 copies comes with a handmade inner sleeve.
