ノート
Note: There was no 'Japanese Booklet' included in original issue, advertised by some sellers
The first release of this package of works was a 5xCD set, including a 112-page booklet, within a casebound outer that was inserted into a slipcase. This was on the Revenant label. 1 CD is enhanced. A promotional 'taster' CD was issued in the run up to this release, which has 'Beef [Revenant logo] Heart' on the spine.
This release was shortly followed by the first part of the content of the CD set on vinyl, as 'Vol I' of three. All 3 of these vinyl volumes were eventually rolled out on the combined labels of 'Xeric' and 'Table Of The Elements'. One advantage of the vinyl sets was the inclusion of a poster & a 24-page libretto, the latter included in each of the 3 volumes. The libretto measures W285mm x D300mm, with 2 wires. The poster measures W450 x D215 (215 x 215 folded). Both printed metallic* on white semi-gloss art paper. *[Gold, Vol I/Poster & Bronze Vols II & III].
The first issue of Vol I [XER-LP98] was limited to 3,000 copies, in which the poster was intended. However, this may not have occurred in early issues [some of which may have been over-stickered accordingly] and the poster may have appeared in the 2nd volume. 'Vol I' was reissued after all first issues were snapped up on day one.
Vol II was released 21st Sept 1999 [XER-LP97] and the third, Vol III, was released in December 2001 [XER-LP96]. It may confuse that the Cat#s are in descending order for some reason. Each vinyl volume is subtitled with the headings employed in the original CD set. The labels are numbered 1 to 12.
•CD1 = Vol I/Disc 1 (1-2)
•CD2 = Vol I/Disc 2 (3-4)
•CD3 = Vol II (5-8)
•CD4 = Vol II/Disc 2 (8)
•CD5 = Vol III (9-12)
