Recorded on Sept. 28, 1966.

Some copies came in stereo sleeves with a white out sticker over stereo
on front and back

Back sleeve has a miss-print with the wrong cat. # "ESP-1036" printed on it.
(Which was supposed to be used for a Byard Lancaster LP
that was never released by the record label.)

The correct cat. # "ESP-1037" appears on the front sleeve, spine, and labels.
